§ 1 Scope

These terms of use apply to the use of the online networking platform OkayNetwork.online, operated at https://www.okaynetwork.online. By applying for membership the user accepts these terms in a binding manner.

§ 2 Service description

OkayNetwork.online is a web-based, closed online networking platform for entrepreneurs, SMBs, freelancers and small business owners. Members meet in 30-minute one-on-one video calls to build business relationships, win multipliers and refer each other. Membership is free for members. Access is granted exclusively by invitation from an existing member or after a successful application via the website. There is no entitlement to admission or uninterrupted availability.

§ 3 Application & member account

Each natural person may create only one member account. The provider reserves the right to reject applications without giving reasons. The user is obligated to keep their login data confidential and to change it immediately if abuse is suspected. False information entitles the provider to immediately block the account.

§ 4 User data & privacy

Within the scope of membership we process personal data (name, email address, company and profile information). By accepting the membership the user consents to the visibility of their profile to other members. Details are governed by the privacy policy.

§ 5 User obligations

• Use exclusively within the scope of applicable law.
• Respectful, professional conduct in video calls and messages.
• No misuse of the platform — in particular no spam, no unsolicited sales emails, no multi-level marketing.
• No publication of unlawful, defamatory or copyright-infringing content.

§ 6 Availability

The provider strives for high availability of the platform but offers no guarantee. Maintenance work and technical malfunctions may lead to interruptions.

§ 7 Liability disclaimer

The provider is liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for data loss is excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence of the provider.

§ 8 Termination

The user can have their account deleted at any time. In case of violations of these terms the provider is entitled to immediate suspension. After termination all data is deleted within 30 days.

§ 9 Changes to the terms

Changes to these terms of use will be announced by email. If the user does not object within 30 days, the new terms are deemed accepted.

§ 10 Final provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the seat of the provider if the user is a merchant.
